Terms & Conditions
These sessions are to be held over email correspondence. The fee starts at $200.00 (USD) to be paid through my PayPal link only*. The cost is non-refundable. You will receive a total of THREE (3) rounds of correspondence: three (3) emails from you and three (3) email responses from me. Additional correspondence will require an additional fee.
*Note: A PayPal account is not required. The payment portal accepts PayPal, credit or debit card, or Venmo. Payments go to the owner of this website and provider of this service and will appear as “Eye Heart Design” on your card statement.
BEFORE I accept you as a client, you must answer in full and submit the questionnaire below. You may notice there is no “submit” button on the questionnaire if you answer “no” to certain questions. Please do not lie; instead, do the recommended work and return when you are a better candidate. You will benefit much more from my guidance with the right foundation of knowledge and a good meditation habit. Please keep your answers to the questionnaire and your questions in each email focused on a single manifestation goal or a reasonable number of related questions so I can provide thoughtful guidance. Completion of the questionnaire does not guarantee acceptance as a client.
Once I accept you as a client, you will receive an email with a payment portal link. The email will also contain instructions for emailing me to get the most out of your sessions. Guidance will begin only after payment has been successfully received and cleared, and I have received your first email. You will have up to one week (7 days) after payment to send me your first email. It is your responsibility to provide clear information and questions in your emails. Please make use of all three emails to get three detailed responses from me. You have up to seven (7) days to send me a response/additional email, and I have up to seven (7) days to respond. The entire communication must be completed within a month (30 calendar days); after one month, the guidance service is considered completed and you forfeit any remaining emails (but please reach out with any extenuating circumstances). This guidance service cannot be transferred to another person or added to a future purchase. Clients are responsible for ensuring they can receive emails from me and for checking spam or junk folders.

Your emails will be treated as confidential and will not be shared publicly without your explicit permission, except where required by law. My written responses are provided for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or published without my written permission.
I reserve the right to terminate correspondence without refund if a client becomes abusive, threatening, harassing, or repeatedly violates these terms. By purchasing this service, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your use of the guidance provided. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages arising from your use of this service.
